Shipping & Returns
College Care Package Orders received Monday through Friday before 11 a.m.(Eastern Time) will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 11am(M-F) or on the weekends will be shipped out the next business day.
All orders are shipped ground delivery.Ground delivery is within 1-6 business days. For approximate transit times,locate the state you are shipping to on the map above. Please note that deliveries are on weekdays only(not Saturday and Sunday) and transit time doesn't include weekends or holidays. Delivery time also does not include the day it leaves our warehouse.
. Example: We ship your package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date

Deliveries to colleges : Shipments are usually delivered to a general mailroom and a notice is sent to the student that there is a package to pick up. We can't guarantee how long it will take for a student to be notified . You may wish to notify the student of an expected delivery.
Wrong Address: Orders shipped to the wrong address are not guaranteed. Additional charges will be charged if the package is forwarded to correct address.
Returns: Perishable products can't be returned. These products will be replaced if they arrive damaged. If you would like to request a replacement, you must contact our office within 2 days of delivery.
